Edinburgh Global Undergraduate Scholarships

The University of Edinburgh offers scholarships worth £2,000 per year to students from outside the EU.
To be eligible to apply, the student must have been accepted to study at Edinburgh on a full time basis but not have started their course yet.
For students who want to apply, they must complete the online scholarship application form and submit it no later than 01 April 2015.

King's College London - Law Scholarships

King's College London has up to 75 scholarships which are to be awarded to undergraduates who are on their LLB programme.
Successful applicants will have the choice of receiving the scholarship as either a cash bursary or as a direct payment towards their tuition fees.
All students who apply to start their LLB undergraduate degree at King's College London in 2015 are eligible to apply.

MSc Sport & Exercise Science and Medicine: £10,000 scholarship
MSc Cardiovascular Sciences: £10,000 scholarship
The David Livingstone MSc Infection Biology Scholarship: £10,000 scholarship
MSc Health Technology Assessment: Full tuition fee waiver
MSc Biotechnology: £10,000 scholarship
MSc Food Security: £10,000 scholarship
To be eligable to apply for the scholarship, the student must already have an unconditional offer from the university and be from outside the UK/EU.

Business School Scholarships

The University of Exeter offers up to 27 scholarships each worth £10,000 to international students who have applied for on of their MSc courses at the Business School.
The students English level must be extremely good - 7.0 IELTS is expected. When applying a 1500 word essay must be submitted.

Scholarships in Manchester

Manchester Metropolitan University is offer scholarships worth £2,500 per student. These scholarships are being made available to international students who are doing a full-time undergraduate degree.
The scholarships are awarded on academic merit. They also consider what the student expects to contribute to the course and what the student intends to do after the degree.

Chevening Scholarships for Indonesian Students

Every year Chevening Scholarships are awarded to talented individuals who want to study a Masters in the UK. This post focuses on those which are available for Indonesian students.
Students applying for the scholarships can be applying to study any one of the following fields:
Foreign Policy, including International Security, Defence, Conflict Resolution; Disaster Relief and Humanitarian Management; Military Engineering (e.g., aeronautical, marine)
Democracy and Governance including Human Rights; Market Access including Anti-Corruption issues, Free Trade Agreements, Monetary Studies/policy, Trade & Investment issues, Science & Innovation, Intellectual Property Rights
Energy studies; Peatland and Forestry Management; Palm Oil development; Urban Planning
Education Management; Hospital Management
Media (Journalism, Broadcasting); Tourism
The scholarship is worth up to £16,500 with other support including travel to and from Indonesia, a monthly stipend and several other forms of support both financial and administrative.

Oxford-BP-Prince’s Trust Graduate Scholarship

These scholarships are given by the University of Oxford to students who demonstrate excellent academic ability and are capable of contributing to the University's research. The students are expected to show the potential to go on to become leaders in their field.

The scholarship covers 100% of tuition and makes a contribution towards your living costs.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you should be applying for DPhil in Sustainable Urban Development at the University of Oxford. The scholarship is only tenable at Kellogg College. You must apply for this course by the January 2015 deadline and with that application you will be considered for the scholarship.

The Oxford-BP-Prince’s Trust Graduate Scholarship is open to students from every country.

Sheffield Hallam University Scholarships

Sheffield Hallam University provides scholarships for Non-EU students called "Transform Together Scholarships".

These scholarships are for students who are high achievers and want to make a significant contribution to the life of the university.

Transform Together Scholarships are available for Postgraduate and Undergraduate Courses. At Postgraduate level the scholarship is for 100% of the tutition fees. At Undergraduate level the scholarships is for 50% of the tuition fees per each year of the degree.

The deadline is very close if you are starting in January 2015. You must apply by 01 November 2014.

Liverpool Hope Postgraduate Scholarship

International Postgraduate Scholarships are available to postgraduate degree applicants to Liverpool Hope University. Every year there are five scholarships.

The value of the scholarships are 50% of tuition fees. This equals between £2,900 and £5,400.

These scholarships are awarded on an academic merit basis but also consider the student's social and community involvement.

The University of Exeter offer a £10,000 scholarship for international students who have applied to do a Masters at their Business School.

To apply for this scholarship, students must be from:

  • Africa
  • Asia
  • India
  • Commonwealth of Independent States,
  • Azerbaijan
  • Kazakhstan
  • Norway
  • Russia
  • Ukraine
  • Turkey
Importantly, the students English must be at a very high standard - IELTS 7.0 is expected.

Scholarships for Masters at Lancaster University

Lancaster University's Management School has 12 scholarships for postgraduate study. Each scholarship offers a £6,000 discount on tuition fees.

Specific to these scholarships though is that they are for students from specific countries. There are three scholarships for each of the following countries:
- Mexico
- Indonesia
- Poland
- Greece

These scholarships can be used for any of Lancaster University's Management School Masters programmes.

These scholarships are for postgraduate study and are given for one year. The scholarship is worth 50% of the tuition fee.
